Professional, friendly service – Billy as management kept in close contact with us throughout my father’s last weeks. Our live-in carer, Beatrice, made a real difference to our lives in the time she was with us. We all felt immediately at ease with her and she got on very well with Dad. As a family we are grateful to the team for making a difficult time for us that much more manageable.
